USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. UP-00-3 OF HARVEY FAMILY <br /> TW TRUST (CIO MONTE K. SEIBEL). <br /> Assistant Planner, Tina Wehrmeister' Kermit Darrow, Steve Carson; Monte Seibel and <br /> Mike Matson were present for this item. <br /> Tina introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Carson indicated that they would like to change the amount of gallon storage <br /> capacity as well as the amount of barrels storage as indicated on their application. <br /> Tina informed the applicants that because there has been an increase in the gallons and <br /> barrels to be contained on-site, staff will need a new project description. Therefore, it <br /> will be necessary to re-refer this application out to surrounding property owners and <br /> interested agencies. She indicated that because this application will need to be re- <br /> referred, this item will be re-scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission at a <br /> later date. <br /> Staff recommended that the applicants contact the fire chief regarding access. <br /> Tina advised Mr. Matson to contact his neighbor regarding using his property for access. <br /> ------------------------–----------------------------------------------------------—---------------------------- <br />
