Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall be designed for proposed use(s)per the referenced study <br /> above and comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to <br /> approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for <br /> each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> �� __ 9� --y1115.7). <br /> C.7Co trucct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy.
