Lower Sacramento Road, Galt <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a <br /> review fee of $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or percolation <br /> tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> C. The exact locations of the wells in the Forest Lake Ranchettes Unit No. 2 subdivision <br /> shall be shown on the subdivision improvement plans to maintain a 150 foot separation <br /> from proposed leach field areas is required. <br /> d. The irrigation wells on parcels x/17 and 42 must be destroyed under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division prior to recordation of the final map. <br /> e. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
