Development Committee -2- <br /> SU-93-2 <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The minimum lot size shall be two (2) acres net. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-310. 3) Lot sizes shall be <br /> shown on the Final Map. <br /> b. The minimum lot width shall be 150 feet (Development <br /> Title Section 9-310. 4) , except as otherwise noted in <br /> Section 9-310 . 4{a} . Lot widths shall be shown on the <br /> Final Map. <br /> C. All subdivision road names shall be submitted for <br /> approval by the Community Development Department. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 18) <br /> d. Street trees shall be planted pursuant to Section <br /> 9-1020 . 4 of the Development Title. <br /> e. The Designated Remainder shall be accurately shown on <br /> the Final Map. <br /> f . The barn and shed on Parcel 23 shall be removed under a <br /> Demolition Permit from the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to approval of the Final Map for Phase One. <br /> g. Existing structures located on new property lines or <br /> within required setbacks shall be removed or relocated <br /> under permit from the Building Inspection Division. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-310. 5) <br /> h. Development on the Designated Remainder shall be <br /> consistent with the provisions of the Flood Hazards <br /> Chapter (9-1605) of the Development Title. <br /> i. The developer shall submit an acoustical study for <br /> review and approval by the Development Services <br /> Division prior to approval of the Final Map for Phase <br /> One.
