Therefore, the District will be adversely <br /> impacted by the approval of this development <br /> project unless adequate mitigation is provided. <br /> Out of necessity, the District is now opposing any <br /> and all development that will create an adverse <br /> impact on the District' s ability to provide school <br /> facilities for students generated by new development <br /> unless adequate mitigation is provided. <br /> Therefore, the District requests that this <br /> development project not be approved until the <br /> applicant has made arrangements satisfactory to the <br /> District to mitigate the development project' s <br /> impact on school facilities .
