Tom
Iwamiya said that they would like to keep runoff from the two
watersheds separated. Tom Gau noted that given the applicant ' s
proposed drainage provisions, the hydraulic analysis should be
completed before going to hearing. A revised tentative map
should reflect the conclusions of the study.
Tom deleted Public Works Condition of Approval #10 and indicated
that it would be revised to reflect the applicant ' s intention to
install Spiess Road in Phase One. Tom noted that four street
lights will be required for the project.
Ray indicated that all of the projects lots would have to have
percolation test to satisfy Environmental Health Condition No. a.
Ray, Guy and Monte discussed the possibility of using the two
existing agricultural wells for fire fighting purposes, rather
than destroying them. Monte will need to discuss this further
with Guy and then make a request to Public Health.
Richard discussed the contents of the remaining memos and letter
and noted that the comments from Guy Rutter, the Department of
Fish and Game and the Galt and the Galt School District warranted
contacts between Monte and those agencies to try and resolve the
identified issues before the public hearing.
