Lower Sacramento Road, Galt <br /> General Plan: R/R <br /> Community: Collierville <br /> Zoning: R-R <br /> APN: 005-030-03, 04; 005-090-59 <br /> Water Supply: Private wells <br /> Sewage Disposal: Septic systems <br /> Storm Drainage: Detention pond/terminal <br /> 100-Year Flood: Yes (portion of remainder in Zane A) <br /> Williamson Act: No <br /> Supervisorial District: 4 <br /> Staff: Richard Larrouy <br /> CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> The request is a Major Subdivision application with a vesting tentative map to subdivide, in two phases, <br /> three parcels containing 97.12 acres into 42 two-acre parcels and a 6.5-acre designated remainder. The <br /> first phase of the project will be made up of the 23 westerly lots shown on the tentative map. The <br /> remainder of the lots will constitute the second phase of the subdivision. The subdivision's internal street, <br /> built to the standards for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural road, will provide through-access between Lower <br /> Sacramento Road and the West Frontage Road of State Route 99 and will be constructed as part of the <br /> first phase of the project. The subdivision will contain a cul-de-sac measuring approximately 700 feet in <br /> length that will serve six lots and be constructed during the second phase.
