Wells are to have a minimum 100-foot grout seal and to be <br /> installed according to San Joaquin County Well Standards. The permit fee is $275.00 for well <br /> and pump. <br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable; however, <br /> chemical quality has not been ascertained.
