Anderson and Associates soil suitability and nitrate loading studies dated <br /> June 16, 1995, and has found them acceptable for all the lots. <br /> The installation of the septic systems must by under an application permit, inspection and <br /> approved by this Division. Wells are to have a minimum 100 foot grout seal and to be installed <br /> according to San Joaquin County Standards. The permit fee is $230.00. <br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable;however, <br /> chemical quality has not been ascertained.
