One of the proposed lots has
an existing home on it. Lots will be sold to individual builders
but it is anticipated that proposed construction for the homes will
be one and two story wood frame with spread footings and concrete
slabs-on-grade. Foundation loads will be light. Grading
requirements will likely call for minor cuts and fills (less than
2 . 0 feet) . Development will also include the construction of
access streets.
The site plan was furnished by Monte K. Seibel, Land Surveyor,
Lodi, California. The geotechnical study conducted at this site
- was prepared for the use of the engineer for application to the
design of the houses and grading plans in accordance with generally
accepted geotechnical engineering practices. No warranty is
expressed or implied. This report presents the results of this
study.
II GENERAL GEOLOGIC AND SITE CONDITIONS
The general geology of the area indicates that the soils at
this site are alluvial and basin deposits of the Great Valley
consisting of sands, silts, and clays. The general topography of
the area is relatively flat terrain.
At the time of our investigation half of the site, except for
the existing home, was pasture with a moderate to heavy growth of
_ spring grasses. The other half of the site is planted in alfalfa.
The site is between Hwy 99 Frontage Rd. Lower Sacramento Rd. and is
bordered on the north and south by rural land.
