A test well showing that tine production well(s) v;ill meet all applicable standards is required prior to the approval of the improvements Plans or any tivork Nvithin tine site. J_ The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed development.
