One key access to the Ernest Gudel property is through our <br /> site, and there is a proposed shared water system- <br /> s was surprised that we were not notified of pending application. Perhaps you are <br /> just in the agency notice period, and have not yet scheduled a public hearing, with <br /> the required public notice- While we have not yet closed escrow on our purchase, <br /> the Community Development and Public Works staffs are quite aware of us.
