PA-0500467(SU,Pre-Application) ,Y <br /> August 16,2005 <br /> C Due to elevation and topographical conditions,engineer-designed septic systems are to be <br /> installed under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department with the <br /> current fee of$600.00(San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1110.3 and 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> I NOTE: Estate type zoning(R-R1)shall require a double-leach field system with alternating <br /> distribution box to be installed at the time of construction per the San Joaquin <br /> County Sewage Standards. It is possible that the leach field design may be larger <br /> that current Sewage Standards design criteria. <br /> 'V,. A sewage disposal area is indicated by the septic tank soil suitability study and/or percolation <br /> tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivisions improvement plans (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> Gam . The revised subdivision map shall identify any existing wells on this project site. An existing <br /> agricultural well appears to be located along the southern property line. <br /> f" ( . Connection to an approved public water supply system is required(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> A Test Well will be required to meet the following: <br /> 1. Water quality tested to meet requirements of Title 22, CCR(Safe Drinking Water Act) <br /> 2. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> 3. Results approved by the Environmental Health Department and County Public Works <br /> t prior to final approval of improvement plans. <br /> 61 T . The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and the Department of Public Works. The <br /> system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County fire Warden and the local Fire District. A test well showing that <br /> the production well(s) will meet all applicable standards is required prior to the approval of <br /> the improvements Plans or any work within the site. <br /> �. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements <br /> required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> OR <br /> A public water system shall be constructed to the requirements of the Environmental Health <br /> Department and the Department of Public Works. The water system shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> NOTE: The tentative map does not currently demonstrate a proposed well site. <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned agricultural well(s)and <br /> abandoned domestic well(s),not shown on the tentative map,be destroyed under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
