Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> he Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated February 18, 2004, was deemed incomplete. Prior <br /> bmitted to the Environmental Health Department and <br /> to Final Map approval, an addendum shall be su <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of parcel/final map (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A Nitrate Loading Study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to <br /> p <br /> approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. <br /> Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> it <br /> fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is.re quired. <br /> NOTE: All percolation tests are to be conducted in areas of proposed engineer-designed septic systems. <br /> All percolation tests are to be a minimum of 100-feet away from wetland boundary. Prior to <br /> approval of percolation tests, a Parcel Map shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department with dimensions of Septage area required by percolation tests under the San <br /> Joaquin County Sewage Standards, Section 10.3.4. <br /> C. Due to elevation and topographical conditions, engineer-designed septic systems are to be installed under <br /> permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department with the current fee of$450.00 (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Estate type zoning (R-R1) shall require a double-leach field system with alternating distribution <br /> box to be installed at the time of construction per the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. <br /> a Standards design <br /> It is possible that the leach field design may be larger that current Sewage <br /> criteria. <br /> D.
