Applicant shall submit a revised site plan, demonstrating the minimum required distance <br /> setback of 10 (ten) feet from the Agricultural well. The site plan shall also demonstrate the <br /> Agricultural well is the proper distance from any proposed easement and/or property line ; <br /> (San Joaquin County Well Standards, Section 3:1). ; <br /> Note: The existing Agricultural well on Parcel #1 is located within the proposed access <br /> easement for Parcel#2.
