These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Environmental I Icalth Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed staff, and indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development-1 itle, Section 9-1105.2(d))- A review tee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Ilealth Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the un site sewage standards of Sall Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates ol'the manual of septic tank practice or F.Y.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewaler treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the [each field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or Used as, a storage area.
