Lucas Rd, Lodi <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The existing private water well shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> B. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with appropriate waste <br /> management practices. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. Compliance with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California <br /> Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the <br /> manure management plan. Adequate number of approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees and <br /> customers (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.1) <br /> Note: Per applicant, existing restroom is for employees only. Chemical toilets will be <br /> provided for customers. <br /> D. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> 1868 E.
