� v <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-49 <br /> Leon Naef <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97.49 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 30, 1997, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on April 1, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been fled with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> I <br /> � a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Sunray is <br /> + required. A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> k (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 4 <br /> I <br /> 1 <br /> I. <br />
