CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600304 <br /> Wortham <br /> Deviation Application No. PA-0600304 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on August 11, 2006. The effective date of approval is August 21, 2006. <br /> This approval will expire on February 20, 2008, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has <br /> been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be <br /> modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Antonio Salcedo [209]468-8597) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-AG OR GARAGE BUILDING PERMIT." The <br /> Site Plan required as a part of the building permit must show drainage, driveway access details <br /> including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST' for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan <br /> review. <br /> b APPROVED USE: This approval is for a twenty-three (23) foot high, 1760 square foot detached <br /> garage as shown on the Site Plan dated May 23, 2006. <br /> c SETBACKS: All other development shall comply with setback requirements as specified in <br /> Development Title Table 9-310.3. <br />
