MOURFIELD AVENUE IAPN 175-240-271 PA-0500645 (UP) (PRE-APPLICATION) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1 . The subject parcel lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities <br /> District 90-1 (Sewer District). As a condition of receiving City of Stockton sewer service, <br /> or additional sewer service, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of <br /> Stockton Outside Sewer connection, and must annex to the District and pay the District <br /> annexation fee (currently $10,680.70/acre based on the acreage as determined by the <br /> legal parcel size) prior to building permit issuance. Please contact Dennis Merkel in <br /> the City of Stockton Permit Center at (209) 937-8546 for further details. <br /> 2. The owner/developer should dedicate as needed within the limits of the site to provide a <br /> 50' street section (25' half section) on Mourfield Avenue. Frontage improvements <br /> including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement <br /> widening and street lighting should be installed prior to occupancy of any new <br /> buildings/structures on this site.
