DATE: <br /> LJ The Following California Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. Exterior walls less than feet from a property line shall be of <br /> ( ), fire-resistive construction. Openings 3will not be <br /> permitted less than feet and protected less than <br /> ( 1 feet. <br /> The proposed use will change the occupancy from a( R-3 ) <br /> occupancy to a( 6'--l0 ) occupancy(C.B.C. Section 301). <br /> The structure shall be brought into compliance with all current code <br /> provisions including structural,plumbing,mechanical, electrical, <br /> energy and disabled access requirements. <br /> �c Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements <br /> (CBC 1115B.1 and CPC Chapter 4). <br /> d. The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by <br /> the California Building Code for a( ) occupancy and <br /> ( )type of construction. The building shall be provided <br /> with an automatic fire sprinkler system, change type of construction, <br /> or separated into conforming areas with area separation wall(s). <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer that were included in the <br /> soils report shall be incorporated in the construction drawings, <br /> f.
