MUSSI ET AL <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is requesting a Minor Subdivision, with a Parcel <br /> Map Waiver, to subdivide a 244 .79 acre parcel into six parcels of <br /> forty to forty two acres each. The site is located on the north <br /> and south sides of Muller Road between Maybeck and Wilhoit Roads, <br /> west of Stockton (Roberts Island) . Parcels 1 , 3 , and 4 have <br /> access by frontage on Muller Road. Proposed access for parcels <br /> 2 , 4 and 5 is by Muller Road via a 25 foot easement. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to recording the Certificates of Compliance. <br /> The tentative map will expire three years from the date of <br /> approval. <br /> Those conditions followed by a section number or other statutory <br /> requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Development Services <br /> a. A complete application for a Certificate of Compliance is <br /> required for each proposed parcel. <br /> b.
