SA-00-64 OF BECKER, RANDY <br /> AND MARIE (C/O NEUMILLER & BEARDSLEE) (12504 MUNDY LANE, <br /> LODI) (APN: 061-120-19) <br /> The applicant is proposing to establish a Landscaping Services business on 1.15 acres <br /> of a 3.52 acre parcel where the owners currently reside. This project includes the <br /> construction of a 1,920 sq. ft. shop and use of a 320 sq. ft. mobile cargo container for the <br /> purpose of storing equipment. Employees will arrive in the morning to pick up <br /> equipment and in the evening they will return to the site to drop off the same equipment. <br /> Supplies will be delivered at this site and all equipment and supplies will be stored on- <br /> site as well. This business is currently under enforcement for operating without benefit <br /> of the necessary permits. <br /> The site is located on the east side of Mundy Lane, 1,800 feet north of Armstrong Road, <br /> Lodi. The proposed project is contained in the Nursery Sales and Services-Landscaping <br /> Services use type, and may be permitted in the Limited-Agriculture (AL-5) zone with an <br /> approved Site Approval. Due to the neighborhood opposition in regards to this project, the <br /> Community Development Department has referred the project to the Planning Commission <br /> tentatively scheduled for April 5, 2001. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application <br /> and responses from other agencies and will be recommending that the Planning <br /> Commission approve the project subject to the following recommended Conditions of <br /> Approval: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-00-64 was approved by the Planning Commission <br /> on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 6 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued <br /> and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits.
