The applicants are proposing to store landscaping materials and equipment on-site and will operate between <br /> the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 P.m., Monday through Friday, and on occassional Saturdays and Sundays. In addition,it has <br /> been proposed that the landscaping supplies be delivered during the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. The applicants are <br /> also proposing to construct a six(6) foot wooden fence between the adjacent neighbor's property to the north and west of the <br /> proposed site. <br /> The Property is zoned AL-5(Limited Agriculture) and the General Plan Designation is AL(Limited Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of Mundy Lane, 1800' north of Armstrong Road, south of <br /> Lodi (APN/Address: 061-120-19: 12504 N. Mundy Lane, Lodi) (SupervisorialDistrict4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than March 7, 2001. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br /> would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
