Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition. show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> t <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. Prior to issuance of a building permit, applicant shall stake leach lines and uncover septic <br /> ' tank to determine compliance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This shall be <br /> } completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee for the consultation permit is 5186.00. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has no record of the existing septic system. <br /> C. The Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned well(s) be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> E Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> sNOTE: A well permit dated October 25, 1976, for the new well shows an old well onsite. The <br /> ,F - Environmental Health Department has no permit on record for the destruction of that <br /> 1 old well. <br /> k D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the9, 4 <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of developrrierit (San Joaquin <br /> I <br /> County Development ment Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Based on the findings of Condition B, a new septic system or repair may be required. <br /> oSJao � <br />
