REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-98-76 <br /> Lomeli <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions for Site Approval Application No. SA-98-76 was approved by the San <br /> Joaquin County Community Development Department on May 16, 2000. The effective date of <br /> approval is May 26, 2000. This approval will expire on September 9, 2000, the original expiration <br /> date, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: KaiLuoma,468-9567) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a concrete product manufacturing and storage facility as <br /> shown on the Plan submitted January 25, 1999. Hours of operation shall be 990 5:00 a.m. to 5-00 <br /> 9.00 p.m., seven days a week. <br /> NOTE: The revised approval includes modifications to the hours and days of operation only. No <br /> modificationsto the approved Site Plan,file dated May 7, 1999, approved May 7, 1999, and attached <br /> to Building Permit No's. BP-9900894 and 9901401, are a part of this revision. <br />
