Weber Avenue
Stockton, Ca. 95201
Re: Soil Suitability Study21526 Munford Ave., Stockton (PA-02-620)
Please find attached a revised suitability study and revised calculations for the proposed project.
The suitability study has been revised to reflect a one (1) bedroom trailer and an original signature and
stamp is provided on the last page. Please note that the building permit application is being amended
to reflect the smaller trailer.
The Septic System Design calculations have been revised to indicate six (6) employees and the one
bedroom caretaker trailer. This facility is not a truck stop, only a location for storing trucks.
Employees will pick up their trucks in the morning and not return until the end of the work day. It is
anticipated that only a minimal amount of sewage flow will be generated by the truck drivers. A 100%
replacement area is set aside for future use if needed.
I trust that the attached information addresses your concerns and the Health Department's approval can
now be given. Please let me know when I can bring plans in to have you sign them off.
Please contact me f you have any questions.
Sincer y,
La,plence Test, RCE
Encl.
C: Rogers Trucking
