The existing well on proposed Parcel 2 must be repaired by installing a sanitary seal under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)). Should applicant not want to bring well back into <br /> service, the Environmental Health Department will require an Out-of-Service Well permit be <br /> obtained in accordance with the San Joaquin County Well Standards. <br />
