Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> .a! A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$156.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by <br /> a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> c. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: Agricultural discharge <br /> pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of <br /> 01 Ltd the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 114 inch <br /> lits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other or a backflow <br /> device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> d. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
