Construction of individual domestic water well on Parcel 15 for existing residence under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required prior to <br /> recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3). <br /> B. Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey,the agricultural well must be repaired under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> • Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must <br /> be installed. <br /> } <br />
