In sprue cases,the District will no longer be able to provide irtigation service <br /> unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the newly <br /> established parcels. Further conflicts could occur:if these parcels are sold or transt'erred to others <br /> without provisibns for irrigation service. <br /> Based upon the:information provided in the referral,there may be a concern relative to the <br /> District's ability'to continue to service the newly configured parcels.
