The project is in an <br /> agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> ' 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create a 2.00 acre Homesite <br /> Parcel and a"Designated Remainder. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title,this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR)is being submitted for <br /> approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment Z). <br /> contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and County records. Mr. Dondero has farmed this parcel for <br /> more than 10 years. <br /> 1 7 Presently,the majority of the property is an orchard. There is also a homesite. IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on January 10,2011 C3 rl <br /> t . (see Appendix for results). Also, an onsite survey performed on January 13,2011 by Ed Krager J <br /> of Dillon&Murphy. The owner was interviewed on January 13,2011, by Joe Murphy of <br /> Dillon&Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> Appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings. Research was performed on the subject site as required by County regulations. <br /> k , <br /> 3.2 Description of All Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potentials for <br /> contamination are low.
