RJ �4 ' 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 3 1.7 8 acre parcel located at 1700 North ' Murrayd. Linden CA 95236. The - - y subject parcel number is 105 100 13. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. ' 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create a 2.00 acre Homesite Parcel and a"Designated Remainder. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title,this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR)is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment Z). contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN 6. 3� page) 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the current owner, John Dondero. " John Dondero has owned subject parcel for 3 years. Mr. Dondero has farmed this parcel for more than 10 years. 1 7 Presently,the majority of the property is an orchard. There is also a homesite. The surrounding a properties to the north, south, west, and east are used for agricultural purposes and rural residential. .F i ' 3.0 . IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION: 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on January 10,2011 C3 rl t . (see Appendix for results). Also, an onsite survey performed on January 13,2011 by Ed Krager J of Dillon&Murphy. The owner was interviewed on January 13,2011, by Joe Murphy of Dillon&Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see Appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no findings. Research was performed on the subject site as required by County regulations. k , 3.2 Description of All Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potentials for contamination are low.
