Murray Road, Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated May 2002, was deemed incomplete. Prior <br /> to Parcel Map/Final Map approval, an addendum addressing any changes to the property from May <br /> 2002 to present shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitabili /nitrate loading stud ndicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to accep ance of the <br /> application prior to Parcel/Final Map approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP)and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel/Final Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a <br /> State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br /> F. Install cement surface seal around the Agricultural well casing on the North East corner of Parcel #4 <br /> to protect the well casing sufficiently and the integrity of well grout. <br /> MHd <br />
