(3) Parcels 2 and 4 shall have a minimum lot area of 40 gross acres. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Michael Callahan, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Final Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> b. All easements of record shall be shown on the Final Map. (Development Title Sections 9-910.20) <br /> c. Drainage from the improved portion of Parcel 5 and Parcel 6 shall be retained on the site by a <br /> retention basin (18-inch maximum depth). Drainage for each pond shall be calculated by a <br /> registered civil engineer, an architect, or a licensed contractor prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> d. This subdivision is approved for recording as a single unit. Phasing is not approved <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 4.
