r <br /> L. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> L 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 80 acre parcel located at / <br /> 1807 N. Murray Rd., Linden, CA. The subject parcel numbers are A.P.N. 105-060-12, <br /> 105-060-13. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcels are zoned <br /> AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of p opposed development- It is proposed to split 1fj0 total) acre parcels into <br /> ` six parcels; two 40 acre parcels, two 37 acre parcels, and o 3 re homesite parcels. In <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Titl , is Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the i <br /> property for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, <br /> interviews with the owner, and county records. (this SSCR includes no chemical analysis) <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative map with Vicinity Map, and APN Page). <br /> ` 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of <br /> the historic use of this property is testimony of the owners,Robert Dondero and John Fugazi. The <br /> owners were interviewed on September 20, 2005. Robert Dondero and John Fugazi have owned the <br /> property for the past 3 years. The land use has not changed under their ownership. Prior to their <br /> ownership of the subject parcels both Mr. Dondero and Mr. Fugazi farmed the land for more thaf5 <br /> years. <br /> Presently the property is used for Agricultural purposes. The surrounding properties (north, south, <br /> ` east, and west) are used in the same manner. There is an existing homesite located to the east of the <br /> subject parcel. <br /> ` The only plans for the property were to divide the property into six parcels. Two parcels to become <br /> homesite parcels. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researchtd at the <br /> San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on September 1, 2005 (see appendix or <br /> results). An onsite survey performed on September 20,2005 by Mike Toy ofilion&Murphy, as <br /> well as interviewing the present owners, Robert Dondero and John Fugazi. <br /> 3.2 Description of All Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground Sources <br /> of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potential for contamination are low, <br /> the ro ert has been used for seasonal row crops .
