Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> On Parcel #2, agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention <br /> shall maintain an air gag equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. <br /> The discharge pipe shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of <br /> the pipe and opposite each other or a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br /> B. For Parcel #2, construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
