CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700089 <br /> MACHADO/DILLON &MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1700089 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on June 1, 2017, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> December 1, 2018 which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Contact Staff: Giuseppe Sanfilippo [209]468-0227) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated April 18, 2017. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment".The"Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete. Filing Fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section <br /> 51257) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, [209] 468-3000.
