Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that this site has adequate sewage disposal capacity for the proposed change of use must be performed prior to issuance of any building permits and/or occupancy permitting as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of $435.00, effective August 1, 2000, must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. B. Applicant must demonstrate that the existing transient, non-community public water system can meet the requirements of a non-transient, non-community public water system as proposed. Applicant will need to conduct the appropriate monitoring and pay the appropriate fees prior to occupancy as required in the California Health and Safety Code, Sections 116525 through 116570.
