Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that this site has adequate sewage <br /> disposal capacity for the proposed change of use must be performed prior to issuance of any <br /> building permits and/or occupancy permitting as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of <br /> $435.00, effective August 1, 2000, must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Applicant must demonstrate that the existing transient, non-community public water system <br /> can meet the requirements of a non-transient, non-community public water system as <br /> proposed. Applicant will need to conduct the appropriate monitoring and pay the appropriate <br /> fees prior to occupancy as required in the California Health and Safety Code, Sections <br /> 116525 through 116570. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
