(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Sacramento District Advisory APN: 208-200-25 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 120 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width as determined by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of Final Site Plan approval. (The fee currently is $169.73 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 2. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 3. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 4.
