The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a . The proposed and the existing buildings shall be provided <br /> with an automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6, 000 square feet by area separation <br /> walls . <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C. C.R, Title 24 ) . <br /> C. Sanctuary to be 1-hour construction. (A-2 . 1) <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U. B. C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (1) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> C. Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements . " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br />
