' SOUTH
SAN J 0 A Q U I N
IRRIGATION DISTRICT
APR 2 ,120 01
vCNt.
April 23, 2001
San Joaquin County
Community Development Department
Development Services Division
1810 E. Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Attn: Jennifer Jolley
Subject: UP-01-6
Raymus Development
APN 208-200-24
Dear Ms. Jolley:
The South San Joaquin Irrigation District owns, operates and maintains irrigation facilities within
or adjacent to the property described in the subject application.
Based upon initial review of the materials supplied, there does nota ear to be major
PP j
concern for the District relative to the proposed project as long as it would not result in an
encroachment of the District's easement or drainage into the District's facilities. However, in
order to enable staff to better evaluate any potential impacts relating to this project, it is requested
that the applicant submit a full size set of plans to the District for review and approval. The
plans should show all on-site and off-site improvements which may affect District facilities.
Plans should also include information relative to lot grading and proposed drainage so that a
determination can be made as to potential affects upon District facilities or operations.
If there are further questions please feel free to contact me at (209)823-3101 Ext. 111.
Sincerely,
Sam Bologna
Engineering Dept.
