Project must conform with the appropriate edition of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> (currently, the 1997 edition) and all related standards. <br /> 2. Fire Department Facility Fee's are to be paid in accordance with the San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance and Resolutions adopting the fee schedule - $0.14 <br /> per sq. ft. <br /> 3. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of <br /> building materials, requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate <br /> water for fire suppression shall be provided in accordance with Section 901.3, <br /> Section 902.2.1, Section 903.2 and Section 8704 of the 1997 Uniform Fire <br /> Code. <br /> 4. The Fire Access Road shall meet the San Joaquin County Public Works <br /> Standard. <br /> 5. Knox Box security key box shall be provided.
