(2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. This project shall comply <br /> with the County's light and glare performance standards. Lighting plans prepared by an <br /> electrical engineer, or other lighting professional approved by the Director, shall be submitted <br /> with the Site Plans. (Development Title Section 1025.6) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> State Route 120, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%) of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Thirty (30) <br /> trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1020.5). <br /> (5) A solid masonry wall shall be installed across the property at State Route 120 (Ordinance No. <br /> 3934). <br /> (6) All R.V. storage areas shall be screened. Security chain-link fencing may be permitted if <br /> combined with landscaping (Development Title Section 9-1022.4). <br /> h. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, the Site Plan shall be submitted within sixty (60) days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within sixty (60) days and the <br /> Conditions of Approval are met within six months from the date of this approval letter. <br /> 2.
