(C/O TERRY DAVIS) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application for the <br /> establishment of a 148-space 117,000 square foot recreational vehicle storage facility. <br /> The parcel is located on the south side of State Route 120, 1000 feet east of Austin Road, East <br /> of Manteca. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING: The site has a conditional zoning designation of I-W, S-11 amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 3934. This application is consistent with the conditions of Ordinance No. <br /> 3934. <br /> HISTORY: Site Approval application SA-98-48 proposing the same use as this application was <br /> filed on July 8, 1998. A six-month time extension for the project was approved on October 1, <br /> 1999.
