ii) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) iii) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. iv) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Thirty (30) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot (Development Title Section 9-1020.5). v) A solid masonry wall shall be installed across the property at State Route 120 (Ordinance No. 3934). vi) All R.V. storage areas shall be screened. Security chain-link fencing may be permitted if combined with landscaping (Development Title Section 9-1022.4). h) COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required permits, the Site Plan shall be submitted within sixty (60) days from the date of this approval letter.
