(Development Title Section 9-1022.4(e)[2][A]) <br /> (2) If the existing wall is removed, a solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be <br /> erected along State Route 120 (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][1])(3) <br /> (3) A demolition permit shall be issued for removal of the existing wall. <br /> (4) The proposed wrought iron fence along the western property line shall be no more that seven (7) <br /> feet tall. <br /> I. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet <br /> from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe) (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1710.2 [g]) <br /> m. Openings will not be permitted less than five (5) feet and protected less than <br /> ten (10) feet. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (CBC 1115B.1 and CPC <br /> Chapter 4). <br /> (3) Consult CBC Chapter 5 for building limitations <br /> n.
