The District requires that the <br /> existing pipeline be replaced with a new reinforced concrete pipeline as condition of approval. <br /> Additionally, drainage from this site may ultimately discharge into District facilities. As such, <br /> we are requesting that improvement plans showing specific details concerning replacement of <br /> District facilities, drainage, grading, utilities,fencing,pavement, and other such improvements be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the District to determine compliance with District policies. <br /> It should also be noted that owner will be required to enter into an Encroachment Agreement <br /> with the District if fencing, pavement, utilities, or other such improvements will be located <br /> within the District's easement. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment on this matter.
