The Department has the following comments: <br /> • Future development of this property will include commercial activities with direct <br /> access to this site is from SR-120. The Department requires commercial standards for <br /> each driveway serving a commercial use. Any new driveways, as well as the existing <br /> driveway if used as part of the proposed project, shall be built or upgraded to current <br /> state standards. Where applicable any sidewalk, curb and gutter, or ramp shall be in <br /> compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
