The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$1,567.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as service commercial in the Tracy.ar_ea. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July <br /> 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.)(Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$750.00 per 1000 gross square foot of <br /> building.. The fee is based on the current Schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 3. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 4. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
