The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all District facilities which may exist on <br /> subject property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded easements that <br /> are present. All existing recorded or newly dedicated District easements shall be shown and <br /> identified on the survey map prior to its recording. If a map is not required, easements shall be <br /> recorded by separate instrument concurrent with the recordation of new deeds. <br /> 2. Owner shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from District for fencing or any other proposed <br /> encroachments of District easements resulting from the proposed parcel spill. Gvvnci shah <br /> provide District with unrestricted access to its pipeline and control structures. <br /> 3. If building area is lower than adjacent irrigated property, a permanent berm or ditch will need to <br /> be constructed around the parcel or building site, to prevent accidental flooding from irrigation <br /> water. Property owner shall either verify field elevations or submit a written statement to District <br /> indicating that property in question is not subject to flooding from adjacent irrigated property or <br /> pipelines. Likewise, owner shall provide the District with a written statement or explanation if <br /> any of the above stated conditions do not pertain to the situation involving the proposed minor <br /> subdivision. <br /> 4. The location of existing District facilities do not coincide with the proposed parcel boundaries. <br /> As such, existing District facilities will be adversely impacted by subdivision of the land and by <br /> the physical improvements that would be permitted.
